Invesco made a number of appointments across its business, including the promotion of Kate Dwyer to head of U.K. distribution, a spokeswoman confirmed.
Ms. Dwyer replaces Alex Millar. Mr. Millar will leave the firm.
Ms. Dwyer was head of passives U.K. In her new role, she will assess the needs of the team and clients to make a decision as to who replaces her, the spokeswoman said. She reports to Oliver Bilal, head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa distribution.
The firm also named Sachin Bhatia as head of U.K. pensions and EMEA consultant relations. He was head of U.K. core pensions and consultant relations. Details on any replacement were not immediately available.
Mr. Bhatia replaced Chris Evans. Mr. Evans will leave the firm.
Messrs. Millar and Evans are leaving by mutual consent, a news release said.
Richard Glenn was named head of EMEA private markets distribution — a new position. He was head of EMEA insurance distribution, a role that was taken on by Charles Moussier as head of EMEA insurance client solutions.
Regarding Mr. Glenn's new role, the news release said Invesco believes that strong client demand for alternative strategies requires dedicated resources.
Invesco has $1.32 trillion in assets under management.
