Sylvia Pozezanac was named CEO of Redington.
Ms. Pozezanac will start April 4 and will be based in London, spokeswoman Helena Jones said in an email.
Her position is subject to regulatory approval.
Ms. Pozezanac succeeds Mitesh Sheth, who left in December. Zoe Taylor has been serving as interim CEO and will resume her deputy CEO role following the transition, Redington said a news release Wednesday.
As of Dec. 31, Redington had £600 billion ($809 billion) in assets under advisement, Ms. Jones said.
Board Chairwoman Kathryn Purves said in the news release that the firm is focusing on supporting defined benefit and defined contribution funds, and expanding services for wealth managers across the U.K. and Europe.
Ms. Pozezanac was president and CEO for the U.K. at Mercer from 2019 until her departure in January 2022. She was succeeded by Benoit Hudon.
