Georgina Dudley will become the next CEO of JANA Investment Advisers, a Sydney-based investment advisory and consulting firm.
Ms. Dudley, a 14-year JANA veteran serving as general manager, strategy & innovation, will take on the role effective Dec. 1.
Ms. Dudley replaces Jim Lamborn, who will remain at JANA as an executive director and a senior member of the firm's management team, according to a JANA news release Wednesday.
Mr. Lamborn has led JANA, Australia's "largest investment adviser, advising more than 85 clients and surpassing A$1 trillion ($680.6 billion) in total funds under advice," for seven years, the news release said.
In an emailed response to questions, a JANA spokeswoman said the firm will be undertaking a formal selection process to fill Ms. Dudley's role as general manager, strategy and innovation.
