Daniel E. Ingram was named partner and head of responsible investing at Aon, spokesman Robert Elfinger said in an email.
He replaces Meredith Jones, who left the firm earlier this year, Mr. Elfinger said. He did not provide further information on her destination.
Mr. Ingram, who reports to Heather Myers, head of non-profit solutions and chairwoman of the U.S. investment committee at Aon, was previously senior vice president at Wilshire Advisors.
Wilshire spokeswoman Amy Bradford said in an email the firm wishes Mr. Ingram well in his next role, and that Wilshire "continues to proactively build our team and dedicate resources to provide our clients a thoughtful, customized approach to ESG leveraging the firm's broad capabilities."
