Plymouth County (Mass.) Retirement Association rehired Meketa Investment Group as investment consultant.
The $1.3 billion pension fund's board approved the hiring at its March 28 meeting, recently released meeting minutes show.
The pension fund issued an RFP in August for both general investment consulting services and alternative investment consulting services. Meketa was the incumbent for both services, and Marquette Associates and NEPC were the other finalists.
As of Feb. 28, the pension fund's actual allocation was 18% domestic equities, 17% private equity, 13% real estate, 11% global equity, 9% real assets, 8% each core fixed income and emerging markets equities, 7% value-added fixed income, 6% hedge funds of funds and 3% international developed markets equities.
