Michael Nathan was named chief investment officer-office at real estate investment firm Harbor Group International.
It is a new position, a spokeswoman said in an email. Based in New York, Mr. Nathan reports to T. Richard Litton Jr., HGI's president. Mr. Nathan is responsible for direct equity and credit investments within the office real estate sector, said a news release Wednesday.
He was previously partner and managing principal at TKF Real Estate Investment. Dennis H. Friedrich, TKF's founding principal, could not be immediately reached for further information.
As of Sept. 30, Harbor Group had $19 billion in assets under management.
