CBRE Investment Management named two new heads of research, covering Asia-Pacific and Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Sandy Padilla leads the research team in APAC and David Inskip leads the research team in EMEA.
They oversee the research capabilities of their respective regions' businesses, providing thought leadership, advising on fund strategy and supporting investment teams in asset selection.
Ms. Padilla replaced Shane Taylor, head of research for the Americas. Mr. Taylor previously oversaw both the APAC and Americas research teams.
Ms. Padilla is based in Melbourne and was most recently a senior director in the team focusing on Pacific markets. She has been with CBRE IM since 2010.
Mr. Inskip is based in London and was promoted from his position as U.K. head of research. He has been with the firm since 2014.
CBRE IM could not be immediately contacted for more information on replacements for the two executives, who Mr. Inskip replaces and to whom he reports.
The global research and analytics team comprises around 50 people. CBRE IM has $143.9 billion of assets under management.
